These experts have undergone special training about the sectors of humanitarian interventions, child education and capacity building programs.

As an authentic humanitarian and society intervention programme, GL-TBF seeks to bridge the gap between the less privileged communities and the United Nations agencies, International Organizations and also partner with similar interest firms determined to alleviate the circumstances of the vulnerable as well as empower the youths in the society.

Global Life-Tower Builders Foundation is working to provide Support, Build Capacity, and Assist the Needy and Neglected children and families in the societies through sustainable initiatives aimed at Local Empowerments and Educational Opportunities, in an effort to fulfill basic human needs. There is a need for a quick intervention in the continuous teaming population of youths, especially in search of means of survival, and the growing population of vulnerable children who are succeptible to attacks and negative influence. Thus, Global Life-Tower Builders Foundation has the following objectives for the benefit of the society:

• To establish, run and support Health Care Center, Clinic, Technical Training Center, Schools, Grant, Stipend and Scholarship for higher studies at home and abroad and do all such other things as may be benefit for the community.
• Partner with like-minded companies in the empowerment of youths and out of school children in order to promote sustainable development in the society.
• Empower the youths in the society through enhancement of skill acquisition programmes as well as organizing youth empowerment trainings that will enable them become self-reliant.
• Ensure cost effective community-based affordable and easy access Health Service especially for children (Primary Health).
• To plan and execute Development, Relief, Provision of Food items for the less privileged and Rehabilitation programs within the terms and objectives of the Global Life-Tower Builders Foundation.
• To plan and execute Provision of Relief Material to the Displaced Children within the terms of objects of the Global Life-Tower Builders Foundation.
• To co-operate and assist in suitable joint venture with the Governmental Organizations and Agencies seeking the goal of redressing poverty and improving health status of vulnerable children or relief and rehabilitation at the time of any disaster.
• To undertake Suitable Projects and Programs with special emphasis on Income Generation through Partnership and Networking.
• To assist deserving poor people by means of establishing platforms for generating Income.
• To establish manageable Training/Skilled Acquisition Centers for Capacity Building Training for various level of people.
• To seek and receive Subscriptions, Donations and other Supports from Persons, Institutions or Organizations both from Home and Abroad and use the same for the purposes of the Organization.

The governing council of GL-TBF is structured in a way that there are hierarchies in the Organization. The board of trustees is at the peak of the hierarchy as it serves as the decision making body in the Organization. The governing council is thus:

• GL-TBF has defined structure including Board of Trustees, and Executive Committee.

• The structure determines chain of command and hierarchy of responsibility within GL-TBF

• The Board of Trustees is the highest decision making organ approving policies and reviewing achievement and plans

• The Executive Committee is the planning and policy making body of the organization which controls and approves all activities by the various departments. The Executive Committee comprises of the Executive Director, Executive Secretary and the Finance Executive.

• The Executive Director is the head of executive committee that is responsible for the implementation of the programs and daily management activities.

GL-TBF has access to skilled and experienced professionals who have the capacity to involve all the desired activities that promotes the Goal and Objectives of the organisation.

The professional staff of Management periodically review activities, appraise and provide Human resource development trainings on the job trainings and technical assistance which will enable taking up functions and responsibilities systematically their duties. GL-TBF also has a team of technical consultants in the field of Engineering, Designing, and Planning etc.
